Stephen Paluch
While growing up in Western New York, Attorney Stephen Paluch was instilled with the importance of hard work and integrity. Stephen has adhered to these core values during his twenty years of practicing personal injury law. Over his career he has won millions of dollars in personal injury recoveries for his clients. His extensive experience in personal injury is broad and diverse, which involves significant successful litigation and trial experience. Stephen has won thousands of successful results in motor vehicle accidents, trucking accidents, motorcycle accidents, as well as slip/trip fall cases, dog bite incidents, and work injuries.
Upon beginning his legal career in 1999, Stephen immediately knew that he wanted to practice personal injury law. After practicing personal injury in both the State of Ohio and North Carolina, Stephen and his family moved back to Western New York in 2005, to continue his success in personal injury practice. Since that time, he has been dedicated to representing injury victims throughout Western and Central New York, in getting the recoveries they deserve, following serious injury accidents.
