Safe and Sober New Year’s Eve

2017 marks the 10th year as the main corporate sponsor of Designated Drivers. Our Safe and Sober Free Ride Home Program on New Year’s Eve provides the community with safe rides home with their cars. While those who utilize the services of Designated Drivers of Buffalo and Designated Drivers of Rochester typically pay for this service, William Mattar is picking up the entire tab after the ball drops on New Year’s.

FOR BUFFALO: Rides are available this year in Buffalo on New Year’s Eve night from midnight to 4 a.m., for rides originating in the city of Buffalo to a drop-off distance of 20 miles (within the United States) by downloading the DDNY App from Designated Drivers of Buffalo .

FOR ROCHESTER: Rides are also available in Rochester on New Year’s Eve night from midnight to 2:30 a.m., for rides originating in the city of Rochester to a drop-off distance of 20 miles, by calling Designated Drivers of Rochester at (585) 880-0380.  (Rides are provided to an individual’s residence only and are made available to those who might otherwise attempt to drive home after drinking.)

With our Safe Ride Home Program, William Mattar Law Offices wants to help prevent drunk driving. This program not only educates people on alternatives to drinking and driving, it also gives tips on dealing with social situations that may lead to drinking and driving.
