William Mattar Law Offices Attorney F. David Rusin to Speak at Tips For Non-Techy Litigators Webinar

On September 16, 2020, F. David Rusin Esq., of William Mattar law offices will present at a National Business Institute audio webinar entitled, “Tips for Non-Techy Litigators: Social Media Evidence, Electronic Trial Presentations and More.” The webinar takes place from 12:00 to 1:30 pm and will provide lawyers with practical tech tips and information to improve their skills and overall law practice.

The webinar is designed for attorneys, but paralegals are also encouraged to attend. Mr. Rusin will cover a variety of litigation-related tech topics, including electronic trial presentations, how to utilize free legal research sites, authenticating online email, social media, and smartphone evidence. F. David Rusin Esq., is a trial attorney and the Attorney Manager at William Mattar law offices where he concentrates his practice on the prosecution of personal injury claims on behalf of seriously injured persons. He has extensive civil trial experience in the areas of personal injury, automobile liability, and premises liability. Mr. Rusin has practiced law for over 35 years and is admitted to practice before all courts in New York State. He is a frequent lecturer on a wide variety of topics, including issues related to personal injury and automobile liability litigation, no-fault issues, lien issues, insurance coverage, ethics, and social media. He earned his B.A. from the University at Buffalo and his J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law.
