Since 2013, William Mattar has supported shelter animals through the firm’s annual Rescue a Shelter Animal campaign, highlighting the importance of rescuing an animal in need from a local animal shelter or rescue. The campaign takes place throughout November and features a pet photo contest, where the community may submit photos of their furry friends for a chance to win a prize.

“There are countless animals in need of a home. With the colder weather moving in, we want to provide an extra voice to an important cause and remind the community that rescuing an animal can make a big difference. If you would like to help but are not able to rescue an animal, local shelters and rescue groups welcome donations and volunteer support. Every little bit helps,” said William Mattar.

William Mattar encourages the public to participate in the Pet Photo Contest. To enter, visit the William Mattar website and submit your pet(s) photo and name(s) by November 16, 2020. The public will then have an opportunity to vote on their favorite pet photo from November 16, 2020 to November 30, 2020. The contest entrant whose photo receives the most votes will select a local animal shelter or rescue group to receive a monetary donation from William Mattar P.C.
