William Mattar Is Raising a Voice Against a Silent Killer
January 4th, 2016|
William Mattar law offices is once again teaming up with the Amanda Hansen Foundation to give people in the Buffalo area free carbon monoxide detectors for their homes. Stop by Tops Friendly Markets on Young St. in Tonawanda on January 10 between 10 a.m. and noon to receive yours. William Mattar will be at the event for a meet and greet.
January is Carbon Monoxide Poisoning Awareness Month in New York State. Detectors can potentially save a life against this colorless and odorless gas. Many people do not realize the hazardous gas is in their home until it is too late. According to NBC News, a father and seven children died last April after a generator may have been at fault for leaking the deadly gas into their home.
