Police are investigating a Niagara Falls car accident that killed one person and injured two others.

According to WGRZ, the Niagara Falls car accident happened when the driver of the car took a turn too fast and struck a pole. The vehicle flipped over upon impact with the pole.

Six people were in the vehicle at the time of the Niagara Falls car accident. The driver fled the scene of the accident but was found a short time later. He was charged with aggravated vehicular homicide, DWI and leaving the scene of a fatal accident.

Do you think the driver should be held responsible for the injuries he caused, or do you think the passengers should be responsible for getting into the car with a driver who had been drinking?
