Syracuse auto accident leaves 1 dead

A truck driver who was involved in a deadly Syracuse auto accident has been ticketed for his role in the accident, WSYR reports.

Police said a man driving a truck swerved from the passing lane and forced a passenger vehicle off the road in the Syracuse auto accident. Another truck following behind struck the vehicle. The first truck did not stop at the Syracuse auto accident scene.

The man in the passenger car was killed in the Syracuse auto accident.

The driver of the truck was charged with leaving the scene of a fatal Syracuse auto accident and misleading police after he provided a false report. The second tractor trailer driver was charged with following too closely and speeding in the Syracuse auto accident.
