New York state trooper killed in Buffalo auto accident

WIVB reports a New York state trooper was killed in a Buffalo auto accident.
Trooper Kevin Dobson, a 14-year veteran, was killed in the Buffalo auto accident when he was issuing a traffic citation on the side of the 290 highway around the Colvin Boulevard exit.
The Buffalo auto accident happened around 7:30 in the morning when a passing vehicle struck and killed the state trooper.
The driver kept driving after the Buffalo auto accident and has not been found. State and local police are currently in search of the buffalo auto accident driver.
