Cops Say Buffalo Teen Hit Woman with Car on Purpose

At 1 a.m. on Wednesday morning a 19-year-old woman intentionally hit a 22-year-old woman with her car and then drove away from the scene, say police in Buffalo, New York.
The hit-and-run occurred at the 100 block of Crowley Avenue, where police found the victim lying on the ground. She remains in stable condition at Erie County Medical Center.
Not long after the driver left the scene of the injury accident, police caught up with her in another part of Buffalo.
The driver has been charged with reckless driving, reckless endangerment, and leaving the scene of an injury accident.
