Scott T. Peloza
Car Accident Lawyer
Scott Peloza may have been born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, but he spent much of his youth in Lockport and Amherst in Western New York where he grew up. Scott received a Bachelor of Science in communication from Cornell University in 2004. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from SUNY Buffalo Law School in 2007, where he served as Note and Comment Editor for the Buffalo Law Review and worked as a summer associate at Dewey Ballantine LLP.
Scott is admitted to practice law in New York State and in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Western, and Southern districts of New York.
Scott found a home as a New York personal injury lawyer with William Mattar because he loves to solve problems and help clients work through some of the most strenuous days of their lives. Scott went on to say “My work at William Mattar allows me to help my clients through difficult times. I am incredibly thankful for the opportunity to apply my legal and problem-solving skills to zealously advocating for my clients on a daily basis. It is my firm belief that the work that we do at William Mattar not only helps our clients, but also contributes to keeping our community safer by holding those who break safety rules, both on our roadways and elsewhere, accountable for their actions. This work helps to deter others from breaking our community’s safety rules in the future.”
During his free time, Scott is an avid traveler and jumps at any opportunity to see live music.
