Rich Hall is passionate about helping members of our community who are injured by individuals and companies who choose to break important safety rules. Community safety rules are in place to keep us all safe. Rich believes that by cutting safety rule violators a break, we are putting at risk the safety of ourselves, our families, and our communities. As a community, we must hold safety rule violators accountable for their actions and for the harm they have caused. Holding rule violators accountable helps prevent harm from reoccurring and also deters others from breaking the community’s safety rules in the future.
Rich Hall began his legal career as a trial lawyer for insurance companies. He quickly learned that the reality of the insurance industry is to value profit over people. Rich knew that by working for the insurance companies, he was hurting far more people than he was helping. He then decided to make helping people a priority and has been fighting the insurance companies ever since.
