Dinosaur Bar-B-Que Opens Buffalo Location

Dinosaur Bar-B-Que got its start in Rochester in 1988. Since that time, their team has gained notoriety across the region as some of the best smokers in the state. The restaurant’s ever-increasing popularity prompted the owners of Dinosaur to begin looking for a place to launch a second location, and they felt the city of Buffalo was a perfect fit.

This past Wednesday, Dinosaur Bar-B-Que’s Buffalo location, nestled between Franklin and Pearl, opened its doors for the first time. Featuring ribs, brisket, and the staple chicken wing, quality is not compromised in their food. The restaurant also has a wide range of bottled and draft craft beers to choose from.
