Three hospitalized after Thursday New York auto accident

Three people were sent to the hospital Thursday with injuries sustained in a New York auto accident, according to The Observer-Dispatch. Three vehicles were slowing to a stop at an intersection when the car at the back rear-ended the middle vehicle, slamming it into the first car.
The 47-year-old driver of the middle vehicle and his passenger were both taken to St. Elizabeth Medical Center for evaluation, along with the driver who caused the New York car accident. The man who caused the car accident was cited for following too closely and driving with a suspended license.
