New York pedestrian killed in auto accident

A 42-year-old woman was killed in a pedestrian accident Thursday night, according to The Post-Standard. The New York auto accident happened around 11:45 p.m. when another Rome woman was driving south on Route 26. The car accident victim may have been struck inadvertently by other vehicles after the initial impact.

Police are still investigating the pedestrian accident.
