Brother charged in New York auto accident

The Times Union reported that the man who was driving has been charged with vehicular homicide, DWI, DUI, reckless endangerment, and speeding after the New York auto accident that killed his brother.
The 20-year-old lost control of his car and slammed into a guardrail on the side of the road Thursday morning. His 24-year-old brother was pinned in the passenger seat and pronounced dead from his car accident injuries after being taken to Columbia Memorial Hospital in Hudson.
The driver suffered minor New York car accident injuries and was taken to jail.
