Police officer charged with DWI in Schenectady auto accident

Capital News 9 reports that a police officer was charged with a DWI after a Schenectady auto accident.
The officer hit a stopped car at the intersection of Route 9 and Osbourn Road. The officer took off following the Schenectady car accident and was found stopped down the road. He refused to take a breathalyzer.
A person in the car that was hit was injured in the New York auto accident.
